Project Description

The Reserve is located in Mill Creek Town Center on a 3.36 acre plot. The Complex is an upscale multi-family project with 95 units in five 3 story buildings. The 3 stories contain 25, 26, and 26 units forming a common area courtyard. The courtyard and clubhouse include a heated pool, a fitness center, fireplace, gazebo, theater room, sports courts, sauna, and an open lawn with barbecuing areas. All buildings have attached private garages.

Units range from one bedroom, two bedroom, three bedroom, and live/work townhomes. Living amenities include air conditioning, bay windows, stainless steel refrigerators, vaulted ceilings, and spacious closets.

Pedestrian pathways and adjacent nature trails within the community engage the complex with the surrounding the Town Center. To further encourage a sense of community the live/work townhomes have direct access to Main Street. The units have storefront glass with metal awnings and covered entries giving a more commercial façade. These features are great for retail spaces or home offices.
